Do you offer a refund policy?
We can refund your order but only if we have not started working on the production. However, please note that a 5% processing fee will be charged.
Once your order has been started, we can no longer offer a refund.
Once your order has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund, but we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will do whatever is necessary to remedy the situation.
